Complete project management through scheduling from inception through warranty periods including procurements, permitting in our current market conditions as well as all Owner activities including utility connections, network cabling, security systems and furnishings/move functions. When required, work sessions with the project team to produce a recovery schedule to meet the planned completion date.

Institute Project Controls to effectively plan, refine, communicate and execute all aspects of the work. This includes proper utilization of submittals and requests for information.

Project complete design and project method delivery including permitting.

Design/build project delivery success via partial or complete building systems.

Expert experience with drug research and manufacturing including specialty drug production, bottle/handling, central plants, test bulk production, explosion-proof research, robotics, freezer/refrigerator farms and vivariums.

Project risk identification and mitigation.

Ensure project safety is paramount in all activities and ongoing operations.

Start-up, project commissioning and validation oversight for all building systems.

Project quality control from inception, through coordination into final punchlist and completion of all contractual obligations.
